I loved the fresh croissants and organic juices at breakfast! The central location made it easy to explore Guadalajara. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a musty smell. 😕

The location stands out, a mere three blocks from the plaza, making it convenient to explore the bustling downtown without hassle. Room 132 has a nice balcony, offering a bit more space than others, along with a modern bathroom that provides excellent hot water—perfect after a long day.
The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. the bathroom had mold and grime buildup, and the carpets were in need of a good scrub. Some rooms are poorly maintained and exhibit a mildew odor. Questionable artifacts like exposed wires. Several guests reported insect sightings, making it a less-than-ideal scenario, especially for families.

The room was quite large, but cleanliness was a major issue. I found red liquid on the floor and little bugs crawling around. The bathtub was filthy and had lots of grime. I checked for bedbugs under the sheets and found other bugs instead. It was hard to sleep due to thin walls and noisy guests. Just not a great experience overall.

The bathroom cleanliness was subpar!!! The room decor seemed tired and outdated!!! Consider some renovations for a more inviting atmosphere!!!

The location is fantastic, but the hotel shows its age with some maintenance issues. Staff were friendly and accommodating, though the building felt outdated and the bathroom had a lingering smell. It’s a solid choice for a short stay, especially if you plan to explore the area during the day.

A Memorable Family Getaway
Thankful for cozy family moments despite the hotel's challenges. The nearby cafes offered delicious local cuisine, perfect for grabbing breakfast. The vibrancy of Guadalajara's streets kept us entertained, though the room did need some sprucing up. Definitely explore the local attractions. they made the trip worthwhile!

Friendly staff, but dirty bathroom
We stayed here for 1 night with the family and the staff were super friendly, helping us find the parking when we got lost. The location is really good, but the bathroom was a mess—paint peeling off and dirty. The beds were small, and the TV signal was terrible. The restaurant had decent food, though.

I stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast buffet was unbeatable at just 85 pesos. I loved that the staff helped me with my brake fluid issue without asking for anything in return! However, I noticed some mold near the ceiling in the bathroom that didn't match the clean look in the photos online, but overall I'd still choose this place again.
